Many guys who date older women often find it hard to be in control as "men". A lot of guys think because these women most times are more successful and have more experience in life,that automatically makes the women the head and they continually seek approval before taking actions of any kind. However,what these guys fail to understand is that women no matter how rich and powerful they are in their social and corporate circle, when it comes to personal issues of love, relationship,and dating,women are not looking for "boys" but men who can take charge.

Taking charge as a man with an older woman has nothing to do with age but maturity of the mind. Women generally,like men who are bold and confident enough to do and make them do things they never imagined. There are a lot of mistakes guys make with older women such as asking a woman if you can kiss her? They enjoy it and crave to be with men that has got it together and know how to take control. Talk to her about a great place you know and confidently  tell her you should hang out together. This will help create excitement if you can paint a great picture and fill her mind with beautiful fantasies and she will be glad to give you her number. Also, keep in mind that women like men who have laid out plans and directions and not guys who do not know what they want to do and how they intend to go about it,so after you have her number and you intend to hang out for the evening,always make sure you have a back-up plan if everything goes well and the sparks are sent flying in the air. Asking a woman what she wants to do after the evening is a buzz kill. Take charge and lead the way and if she is attracted to you already then she will follow you to the end of the earth.

Women find men more attractive when they sense you have a high level of self confidence and if she is hanging out late with you or talking to you on the phone late into the night then know that she really likes you and asking her to confirm if she likes you will only portray you in the wrong light as lacking confidence. This is the same thing as bragging about your work accomplishment or sexual prowess. Women do not find men who try too hard to impress them attractive and often end up dating the guys who do not pay them as much attention as you do by boasting.

Finally,always maintain a deep character when dating a woman and get her to try to get you out from your shells. This means you must let her discover your personality cause the more time she invest trying to know you the deeper she falls for you. Telling her everything about your history makes it uninteresting for her and puts you at a disadvantage. Talking less,listening more is the key.
